Are you a salesperson who dares to think big and gets a kick out of seeing your products on the shelves of major (international) retailers? This is your chance! At Beagley Copperman, we are looking for passionate Account Managers who make it their personal mission to bring in these big clients with their sales plan, results-oriented approach, and a healthy dose of courage. As a strategic account manager, you have endurance and work in a project-based and meticulous manner. These large contracts are not closed in a day. In addition to an impressive pitch, you ensure that all agreements are met and all required documentation is provided and recorded on time.

What will you be selling? Authentic and trendy Asian products! Think Korean spicy noodles, Thai sauces, or Japanese beverages. The increasing popularity of these products offers many opportunities in mainstream channels such as supermarkets, wholesalers, and impulse retail. It's up to you to seize these opportunities!

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Managing and expanding existing customer relationships with retailers or distributors
  • Generating new business through market research
  • Developing long-term strategies and objectives for your market
  • Negotiating prices and other commercial terms
  • Contributing to achieving the organization's revenue goals
  • Customer visits and assortment presentations

 

As a Strategic Account Manager, names like Albert Heijn, Carrefour, and Tesco don't intimidate you. On the contrary, you derive energy from them and are determined to enter into a partnership agreement. You work in a structured and systematic manner, taking step-by-step actions to get closer to a successful and long-lasting collaboration.

 

Strategic Account Manager requirements

Job criteria:

  • HBO-level education or equivalent
    Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in a third language such as German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus
    Sales-driven
  • Energetic and motivated
  • Available for 32-40 hours per week
  • Residing in the De Kwakel area
