Job description

For our Marketing team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Graphic Designer who brings our brands to life visually, both online and offline. From packaging design and exhibition materials to social media content and printed marketing materials, you know exactly how to create a strong and recognizable brand identity that stands out.

As a Graphic Designer, you work closely with the Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, and Sales team. You translate marketing concepts into creative and effective designs that resonate with different target audiences in both B2B and B2C markets.

Tasks and responsibilities

Design and develop online and offline marketing materials.
Create packaging designs and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
Develop brochures, marketing campaigns, presentations, and exhibition materials.
Maintain and further develop multiple brand identities and visual guidelines.
Coordinate and manage marketing projects from concept to completion.
Advise on materials, production methods, and oversee the production process.
Identify design trends and innovative creative developments relevant to the business.
Collaborate closely with colleagues from Marketing, Sales, Quality, and external partners to ensure consistent and effective brand communication.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You are creative, proactive, and have a strong eye for branding and visual design. You can easily switch between different projects, manage deadlines effectively, and maintain high-quality standards. In addition, you are curious about design trends, target audiences, and new creative techniques.

In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:

MBO/Bachelor’s degree level.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of print production processes and artwork specifications for both online and offline materials.
A strong eye for detail, layout, and visual aesthetics.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
Affinity with food products and an interest in Asian culture.
Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive attitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Figma.
Knowledge of photography and videography.
