What is delivered? Authentic Asian food products. Your task? Taking care of the daily transport of these products to customers. To ensure that this transport runs smoothly, you will focus on internal and external communication with the warehouse: Is everything ready on time? Are there any changes to the orders?
As a Transport Employee, you are responsible for ensuring that customers receive their goods as quickly as possible with the right quality of delivery. You keep an eye on specific customer requirements and ensure that they order from us again next time thanks to the pleasant experience of our delivery. You will work with the Warehouse Manager to see how processes can be improved, for example, how pallets can be stacked differently to prevent complaints, but also to maintain competitive rates. Together with various departments, you will look at how we can monitor our delivery conditions even better. Together with your Logistics colleague, you are the linchpin of the company and deal with many departments.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of incoming and outgoing shipments;
- Checking and processing all necessary documents;
- Monitoring whether all shipments are on time;
- Solving logistical problems;
- Maintaining close contact with the warehouse; you are the point of contact between the warehouse and the office for the Sales team;
- Checking that orders have been shipped in full before the Finance department can invoice;
- Monitoring stock levels, stock periods, and emailing lists to the Sales Team;
- Preparing monthly/weekly reports for Operational Management;
- Maintaining theoretical and practical knowledge through self-study, (internal) courses, and documentation provided;
- Contributing ideas for the automation of logistics operations.
As a Transport & Logistics Administrator, you are responsible for the transport of Beagley Copperman's goods. You are the link between our internal organization and our warehouse. This means that you are in close contact with your colleagues. You do all this within a rapidly growing international environment.

- Vocational education and training (VET) level of working and thinking (preferably in Transport and Logistics);
- One year of relevant work experience in a hectic commercial environment is an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel);
- Good communication skills;
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English and Dutch;
- Professional proficiency in a third language is an advantage;
- Available 24-36 hours per week;
- Living in the De Kwakel area.
